The things that I have learned that are listed above can help me in school. I can chunk my text when I read to I can understand each part of the text when I read before I move on. They well also help me because I can use homophones, suffixes, and prefixes to help me to expand my writing. When I am reading a book i can clarify, question, predict, and summarize to help me understand and know what I read. When I know I have a homework I will try not to procrastinate so I can get the work done and then play later that's why i use these things to help me with school.

Family Reunion

My family reunion took place in Dayton Ohio. While I was their I saw all of my favorite cousin and my aunts and uncles. On Thursday, we hung out at the Fairfield hotel. Friday the family and I went laser tagging , put put golf , and then swimming, It was very exciting. Saturday we went to Kings Island and I rode roller coasters. My favorite was the one where you lay on your back and your would be flipped upside down like you were flying like superman, it was very fun. Sunday was the day of the actual family reunion. We sat , talked , and played. Monday was the day I left I was heart broken but excited to go home. I had so much fun getting together with the family.

All About Beyonce

BEYONCE

Beyonce Giselle Knowles is many different things. For example, she is beautiful, nice, amazing, tall, has hassle eyes, and she is a wife and a daughter to two lovely parents Tina and Mathews Knowles. She also has a sister names Salonge. She’s a great roll model and someone who cares for others.

Beyonce reminds me of Alicia Keys, Mariah Carrey, and Monica. All of these women have something very great in common, they have worked for along time and they are African American women who sing about love and do such a great job.

Beyonce became a star because her dance instructor discovered her singing talent and pushed her to perform. Her parents worked hard to support Beyonce and her dreams. Beyonce’s dad quite his job so he could become the manager of their group Girl’s Tyme, which later became Destiny’s Child. The final group was made up of Beyonce, Michelle, and Kelly. Their album “The Writing’s on the Wall,” which came out in 1999 gave them lots of fame.

I think Beyonce Knowles is a great role model because she does lots of charity work. She sang for the president in 2009 at the inauguration. I like her music because its not wild its not crazy it is actually soothing. She is married to the rapper Jay-Z. They got married in April of 2008.These are the reasons why I choose to talk about Beyonce on my blog.

You will use ed ,s, and will to make a word past present ,and future. I thought the song by Rythem, Rhyme, and Result about tenses was cool because it was a rap about ELA stuff. It was educational because they rapped about a skills you use in school.

My Dream

My dream is to win a beauty pageant. I like to where make up an put on pretty clothes. Another dream of mine is to base jump. I want to overcome my fear of heights. I want to sing in front of thousand of people and to sing with some of my favorite singers. I would also like to have my own room instead of sharing with my little sister. I want people to love me for who I am and not for what I have.

Predicting About the Book Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli

I think the book Stargirl will be about a girl that will have a dream to be a star, but when she is at school she is picked on. No one like her, they pick on her about her clothes and her shoes. The friend of one of the bully’s starts to hangout with Stargirl. As a result, the Bully tells her friend that she can no longer hang out with Stargirl or she cannot hang out with them. So the girl refuses not to listen to the bully and she loses a friend but gains a better one.

Magnificent Food at Friendly's

Friendly's is my favorite restaurant. When I am down it cheers me up. I like to go with my family and friends. Their food is very delicious. I always get their Buffalo chicken with chicken quesadilla. Afterwards, I order ice cream. I get orange sherbet with gummy bears. It is so delicious. My family and I go randomly and sometime on special occasions . It has a carnival atmosphere. I love Friendly's.
